Pattern Exclusivity
All wholesale print patterns are given a 30 day exclusivity period from the day I release them in print.
Patterns that are marked as exclusive to an event (such as Needlework Marketplace) can only be purchased by those shops that attended the event within 30 days of the beginning of the event. After that time the exclusivity ends and all shops are able to purchase those patterns.
Payment
No payments are kept on file and all orders must be paid for via credit card or Paypal in advance. Product prices and availability are subject to change.
It is up to international buyers to pay for any and all duties and customs fees.

Shipping
Orders will typically ship out within 1-3 business days after payment is received. An email will be sent if your order cannot be shipped within that timeframe.
Orders are shipped from St. Paul, MN and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
