Jen Nelson is the designer behind The Stitch Crypt. She loves the spooky, cute, and sometimes macabre. Inspired by curious and unique daydreams that often feature skulls and ghosts and sneaks in a little bit of whimsy.

Jen lives in St. Paul, MN with her husband, daughter, and cat (Minnie) and has been featured in Just Cross Stitch and XStitch magazines as well as various Starlight Stitchery stitch boxes and Spellbound Stitches projects.
